Terms and conditions
  • Registration must be proceeded via the conference website.
  • Payment of all fees must be made in full within 14 days of the submission of your registration, and prior to attending the event.
  • Onsite registration and payment in cash is possible for guests and new participants. On the arrival at the conference venue, please proceed to the registration desk. For onsite registration queue time might be possible.
  • Registration is personal and cannot be transferred to another person.
  • If you cancel or do not attend, no refund of paid participation fees can be claimed.
  • If you cancel your presentation (poster or talk) after August 15, 2019 or if you do not show up a penalty fee of USD 75 become due.
  • The organizers may take photographs, and include any of these photographs on its websites.
