Registration & Participation Instructions

·                   Registration will be open on Thursday 10/10/2019 from 8:30-10:00 at the lobby, outside Ahmad al-Lawzi auditorium, located at King Abdullah II School of Information Technology.

·       The research paper should be within the conference themes as follows"

Industrial Chemistry

Organic Chemistry

Analytical Chemistry

Inorganic Chemistry

Physical Chemistry

Environmental Chemistry

Polymers Chemistry

Materials Chemistry and applications

·       Abstracts submission (English), with a word count of 400-600 words

·       The abstract must include the title of the research participation (without abbreviations), the name of the researcher(s), specifying the name of the speaker in bold and underlined, including the corresponding author e-mail, along with their proper university/institute affiliation.

·       Participants may attach the curriculum vitae of the researcher specifying their fields, the rank, the university from which he/she graduated as well as the institution where he/she has been working.

·       The abstract must contain 3 to 6 keywords

·       For the oral presentations, each participant has 15 minutes to present their results and five more minutes to the Q&A session.

·       All posters must be in A1 (841*594) and will presented from 8:30-17:00 and contain the following:

Abstract

Authors(s) and affiliation

Introduction

Results & Discussion

Conclusion

·       Best winning poster will be awarded by the end of the conference

·       Registration Fees: 20 JDs

·       JCS members as well as B. Sc. students are exempted from registration fees
