- Rooming list and names should be received by 30th of April 2023
- In case the rooming list/ bookings are not received by 30th of April 2023. The hotel reserves the right to release the not picked up rooms from the original group blocked rooms and any bookings after that will be subject to the hotel availability & rate
Groups check in / check-out time:
Room check in time is 15:00Hrs. Groups arriving before 15:00Hrs will be accommodated as rooms become available. Please confirm the group arrival details as soon as possible.
Room check out time is 12:00Hrs (noon) and our porters will arrange to hold luggage for those guests leaving the hotel later in the day.
Any early check-in or late check-out shall be subject to availability and will be charged at 100% of the daily rate.
Payment Instructions:
On personal accounts and they should be covered by each participant upon check-in. (extra charges to be settled directly by the guest upon departure from the hotel. Example mini bar)

Cancellations and No Shows:
In the event of cancellation after confirmation, the following cancellation fee will be applicable. This fee percentage of the total estimated charges. Any deposits paid are included in the following cancellation fee:

No-show will be charged for the entire event dates booked 100% of the total contract value.
Cancellation must be advised in writing, and proof of acknowledgement by the Hotel should be retained.
General Terms & Conditions
Force Majeure:
If either party is prevented from performing its obligations under this Contract as a result of circumstances beyond its control, which it could not at the time of entering into the Contract have known, and whose consequences it could not have either reasonably avoided or overcome, this shall constitute grounds for termination of the Contract upon written notice to the other party and shall release it from liability to pay damages.
Acceptance:
Unless a signed agreement is returned by no later than 01st of March 2023 this document represents only an offer by the Mövenpick Hotel Amman. Should a signed confirmation not be received by the above mentioned date, all bookings will be automatically released and be subject to availability and a new contract will need to be renegotiated.
Mövenpick Hotel Amman and University of Jordan have agreed to and have executed this Agreement by their authorized representatives as of the dates indicated below.

Cancellation & No Show Policy:
Cancellation thereafter will result in the following cancellation fees:
Between 2 weeks from arrival date: 25% of the total agreement value
Within 7 days from arrival date: 50% of the total agreement value
Within 3 days from arrival date: 100% of the total agreement value
No shows will be charged for the entire stay booked 100% charge
Cancellation must be advised in writing and proof of acknowledgement by the hotel should be retained.
Transportation:
Airport pickup and drop off will be provided by the hotel upon booking request, the current charge for this service per way, Airport pickup JD 35.00 per way and drop off JD 30.00 transportation rate are subject to change without any further notice.
Check-in & check-out terms:
Check-in time is after 14:00 hours and check-out time is 12:00 hours.
For late check-out the following extra charges will be applied:
Until 18:00 hours - 50% of contracted rate
Full contracted rate - after 18:00 hours
Arrivals after midnight have to be booked one night in advance and charged accordingly.
Early check in is subject to availability and charged accordingly
No show is charged in full for the first night
Cancellation is subject to 24 hours prior notice otherwise first night will be charged accordingly.
Conclusion of the agreement:
Any functions from the value of this agreement to the materialized value will be settled upon departure. Any increases in sales tax will be passed onto the client directly.

The present Agreement becomes definitive between the Client and the Hotel, once the Hotel receives the Agreement (duly dated and signed). Should the Agreement remain unsigned and / or the Deposit unpaid after the above-mentioned date, the Hotel will be fully entitled to release all bookings at the end of the business day that date
